Bizner Bank

In 2007, the Rabobank Group launched the first internet bank for entrepreneurs, called Bizner. The Bizner project organisation is situated in Antwerp.

In roles such as Stream Leader Cards and test manager, Itude took care of:

  • altThe introduction of a new debit- and credit card product, including the product set up, the design of the credit card and the corresponding communication means, training of employees, set-up of processes, trailing activities and reports.
  • Defining and accompanying testing activities of both debit- and credit card products and the connection with the payment environment.
  • Advice regarding the set-up of credit risk management.

Itude has also done research for the decision making process for issues such as Full Authentication (debit), Payment Services Directive and the migration of the Bizner debit card to EMV.
