Itude has an extended knowledge of the money transfer market, both in the Netherlands and in the rest of Europe. In this market there is collaboration between processors, banks, application service providers, business service providers, contact centres and other suppliers.

In this playing field, Itude offers knowledge and experience to realize projects for sourcing, migration or conversion. In particular, the employees have extensive knowledge of credit cards, both in terms of business processes and of supporting ICT functionality.

 

Itude is familiar with the international legislation, as drawn up by the European authorities and the international card associations. Itude strives for the sharing of its specialistic knowledge with its customers. It is our opinion that a customer should not become dependent of the knowledge of a contracted service provider. With a primary focus on the business aspects of the customer, Itude succeeds in designing and realizing solutions for the strategic and tactical issues that the customer has.
