We actively coach people to further develop their talent. For the intake of young new trainees we have a Young graduate program in place, for senior employees there is a personal development program, tailor-made and tuned to the individual interests and capacities.

Everybody who works with us, is capable of making him/herself familiar with a new technique in a surprisingly short period of time. In other words, they are true professionals in their fields of expertise, have an outspoken opinion of the situation within the ICT arena and are able to position themselves independently.
