Mobile permit control

Itude Mobile has developed a mobile version of the Portal of the City of The Hague, thus enabling integration and linking of buildings, houses, owners, permits, etc. both textually and as visualized maps in combination with aerial photos. The mobile version enables access to all data that is also accessible via the regular Portal. The mobile version does not require a separate handheld. The mobile version has been made compatible for over 90% of all regular mobile phones, thanks to the Itude MOBBL™ platform. Thus more data can be made available to more people, without the necessity of additional costs for specific handhelds. In addition, it is also possible to switch to the latest models of mobile phones without having to change the application. Thanks to the additional features of mobile phones, such as GPS and the ability to take pictures, additional functionality has been included. For example, for an enforcement officer it is possible to retrieve information on 'suspicious' buildings within a 500 meters radius of his/her position. In addition it is also possible to use the mobile phone to take a picture of for example the condition of a building, that will subsequently be added, automatically and in real-time, to the central file.
