Integrated solutions, one stop shops. All very nice, but often unnecessary complex. We much rather prefer simplicity and in doing so we really almost always have an effective approach in hand. In such processes we respect the existing situation and our solutions are primarily focused on inventing and realizing interaction between ‘traditional' process systems and the information users, via modern communication means such as web browsers, email and applications on the mobile phone (multi-channel). The necessity of this approach lies in the fact that an increasing amount of organizations assign the customer a central position in their processes. An approach that offers our customer a short 'time to market' and quickly allows him to enjoy the benefits. Our customers in particular entrust us with the consequences of new aspects in their service provision: Itude, create it! This is where we like to excel: inventing, improving / renewing applications. And we are convinced that we are good at it and therefore it is only logical that we carry the project risk!
